SARBERIA AN-NOOR MISSION

In alignment with this noble initiative, we have taken it upon ourselves to contribute towards liberating these neglected individuals from deprivation. In 2010, we successfully established two educational institutions under the name An-Noor Mission—comprising both residential and non-residential facilities—on a picturesque plot of at least eight bighas of land, located along the Fakirtakia-Dhamakhali Road in Sarberia village, under the jurisdiction of Nazat Police Station, North 24 Parganas district.

This noble endeavor was made possible by the grace of Almighty Allah, the inspiration of the esteemed social worker Sk Nurul Haque (former IAS officer), and the financial support of the renowned philanthropist, thinker, and industrialist, Alhaz Mustaq Sahib, under the auspices of the G.D. Charitable Society. We also gratefully acknowledge the contributions of other social workers and industrialists.

Since 2010, these residential educational institutions, spanning 50,000 square feet, have been functioning with great success. Currently, they provide education to minority students from grades five to twelve, including accommodation for residents. The curriculum follows the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education. Additionally, there is a strong emphasis on Islamic principles, values, and the development of moral character among the students. Qualified and dedicated teachers have been appointed to uphold these ideals.
