Mission Rules and Regulations
All students must attend every class unless they are ill or there is an unavoidable reason for their absence.
Leave may be granted in the case of a close relative’s illness, accident, or sibling’s wedding.
Every student is responsible for taking care of their personal belongings.
Students are not allowed to keep expensive items, gold jewelry, cameras, radios, tape recorders, mobile phones, or cash in the hostel. (Note: If a student is found with a mobile phone in the hostel, it will be confiscated and a fine of INR 5000 will be imposed.)
If a student intentionally damages school property, the guardian must bear the cost of the damages.
Under no circumstances is a student handed over to anyone other than the parent or an authorized person. The authorized person must be sent with an Identity Card.
The school will not be responsible for any belongings left behind if a student leaves the hostel permanently without taking all their possessions.
If a student remains absent from the hostel without permission after a long vacation, they must submit a medical certificate (MBBS). If not, they will be suspended for seven days. Otherwise, a late fine of INR 200 per day must be paid to re-enter the Mission campus.
At the time of admission (or re-admission), the full hostel fee for one month must be paid.
The admission or re-admission fee is non-refundable.
For existing students, if they do not achieve 60% marks, no concession will be granted.
At the time of admission, the following documents must be submitted: a copy of the birth certificate, transfer certificate (TC), five passport-size photos, an income certificate, a bank passbook, and photocopies of the Aadhar card and ration card.
The hostel fee and any other dues for each month must be paid by the 7th of that month. After the due date, a fine of INR 50 will be imposed.
On Sundays, only guardians holding a Mission Identity Card are allowed to visit the students. No other person is permitted.
Except on Fridays, students are not allowed to receive phone calls.
If a student suffers from a severe illness, the Mission authorities must be informed at the time of admission.
Guardians must attend the Guardians’ Meeting without fail.
Married students are not admitted to nor allowed to stay in the Mission.
No student is allowed to leave the Mission campus without the permission of the designated teacher.
No leave will be granted outside of the given list of holidays. In special circumstances, an application for leave must be submitted at least seven days in advance.
Even during long vacations, all Mission fees must be paid in full.
If guardians change their address or phone number, they must inform the Mission office immediately.
If a student’s hostel fee or other fees remain unpaid for two consecutive months, they will not be allowed to stay in the Mission.
Guardians must deposit the hostel and other fees in the Mission’s accounts section and obtain a receipt. Otherwise, the Mission authorities will not be held responsible.
To enter any room other than their own, students must first obtain permission from the room teacher.
Every student must participate in the daily prayer session in the designated Mission uniform five minutes before class begins.
If any student leaves the Mission without permission from the authorities, the Mission will not be held responsible.
If a student causes harm to themselves while staying at the Mission, the authorities will not be held accountable.
Generally, students are expected to have their meals in the dining hall. Eating elsewhere will be considered a breach of discipline.
Withdrawal and Expulsion: A student may be expelled for any of the following reasons:
Irregular attendance
Unapproved absences
Continuous tardiness
Misconduct
Involvement in unethical activities
Non-payment of school fees
Violation of school rules
Failure in examinations
In such cases, the parent or guardian will first be notified by letter or phone. If the situation does not improve, the student’s enrollment may be canceled by the authorities.
